If
you come from the Northern Hemisphere, the important feature is that our seasons
are totally reversed. Summer is from November to April, with winter from June
to August.
The areas we cruise enjoy a year round sub-tropical climate, with about 30-40
inches of rain per year, which falls mainly in the winter.
Leave your winter behind, and enjoy our summer with us, cruising through the tuna and marlin hotspots of the area. Perhaps snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing anchored off an idyllic island in the Bay of Islands is more appealing, while being treated to the finest NZ wines and cuisine that is included in every Mission cruise.
